Welcome to My World

My name is Katie.  I am twenty years old.  I started this blog because I do a lot of research on the Internet and have nowhere to store all of the information I find.  I figured a blog would be the best place.  Not only can I store all of the information I find on my blog, but I can also make sense of everything.  Lately, I've been on a big health kick.  I have been exercising a lot, and trying to eat the right foods.  It is extremely hard for me to eat healthy because I work at a bakery.  I work out intensively before work, then eat at work, and do crunches at nighttime hoping to compensate for all of the unhealthy foods I put into my body.  I do not need to lose weight, so this isn't a life threatening situation I am in.  However, I am a little out of shape.  I also just recently quit smoking, so I am trying to make other healthy changes in my life.  Everyday I take four different kinds of vitamins:
1. A multi-vitamin
2. B-12
3. D
4. Melatonin
I have very fair and sensitive skin so I need to wear a lot of sunscreen if and when I am out in the sun.  This is why I take extra vitamin  D and melatonin supplements.  If anyone has any recommendations for foods or vitamins that are good for sensitive skin feel free to share!
